What counts as a trade?
HVAC/mechanical is one trade. Plumbing is one. Electrical is one. You select which trades to extract when you upload your drawings.
What if my drawing has all three trades on one sheet?
Select all three trades at upload. SwiftMEP separates items by trade in the output automatically.
Can I upload multi-page PDF sets?
Yes. Upload any PDF up to 100MB. SwiftMEP processes each page and combines the results.
How accurate is the extraction?
Equipment counts, specs, and BOM are highly accurate. Linear footage is scaled from drawing geometry with waste factors applied. Items below 85% confidence are flagged for your review in the Review Required tab.
Where is my data stored?
All drawings and results are stored on North American servers only. Your data is never routed overseas or offshore.
