No. SwiftMEP operates on a pay-per-analysis model. You only pay when you need a takeoff done. No monthly fees, no contracts.
What counts as a "page"?
Each page of your PDF blueprint counts as one page. If you upload a 20-page PDF and select 15 pages to analyze, you'll be charged for 15 pages.
Can I analyze multiple trades from the same drawing?
Yes! That's exactly what the Multi-Trade Bundle is for. Analyze HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical from the same set of drawings and save up to 50%.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
We guarantee 90-95% accuracy on all takeoffs. If you find significant issues with your takeoff, contact our support team at support@swiftmep.ca and we'll make it right.
